Supervision: Teaching and mentoring other health and wellness professionals is a passion of mine.  I have been a clinical supervisor for many years and have worked with many pre-licensed clinicians, assisting them through the licensure process by providing both group and individual supervision. I have supervised clinicians at the VA, Kaiser Permanente, S.F. AIDS Foundation, Dolores Street Community Services, S.F. Department of Housing & Urban Health as well as in my private psychotherapy practice.

EFT & AEDP Consultation & Supervision: I’m a certified therapist in both EFT and AEDP and am a supervisor candidate in both modalities. EFT and AEDP are very complimentary modalities and my EFT couples work is very informed by AEDP. I love supervising and consulting with other clinicians and am very happy to work with clinicians working towards certification as well as colleagues wanting to further hone their skills in these two complex approaches. Supervision hours with me count towards EFT/AEDP certification. I currently have some availability for supervisees. Please reach out to me if you’d like to discuss this futher.

Training: I also really enjoy consulting with and training mental health and medical providers.  I have provided trainings on the following topics for hospitals, community based organizations, health departments and the California Office of Maternal and Child Health:

  • Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing, Beginning and Advanced

  • Working with Clients with Personality Disorders

  • Ethics and Professional Boundaries

  • Safety Skills, De-escalation and Self Control
